Minimum Requirements for effective HIV prevention programming


There are many factors to consider when programming for HIV prevention, so many in fact that
managers' best intentions are often sidetracked as they try to address all of them. Experience
tells us that there are minimum requirements that must be addressed for HIV prevention
programmes to be effective.
